Yokohama is not far from my town, but I rarely go to there.
One of the few opportunities is alumni meeting of my graduated university.
It was the third join. Every time I wear kimono because I am appointed a moderator of the meeting.
This time, l wore a kimono of komaro bingata ( traditional stencil dyeing produced in Okinawa ) .
Most of members are same or elder generation of my patents. At the party, everyone sang a Oendan ( cheer team consisting only men ) song together. I felt old-fashioned, nostalgic wild atmosphere.
I am very happy to be invited the meeting and the party every year.
I feel Yokohama is a nice and stylish city even though I can not describe in a word because the city is so big.
I said I go to Yokohama once a year only, but I went to Bashamichi on last Friday.
There were some brick and western-style buildings built in the Meiji era.
I was deeply impressed the scenery.
